Callisto (James Murray) and Caro (Max Klink), have wrapped up the Admiral’s Cup finished 4th overall after an intense week of racing.

The Admiral’s Cup is a take no prisoners event with a rigorous scoring system keeping everyone on their toes.
The first race of the series, The Channel Race, was a double-points race – which was won overall by Callisto! The Inshore Series, which consisted of six single-points races, only allowed one drop. Then the event wrapped with the 695nm Rolex Fastnet Race, which was a triple-points race!
Our team represented us well, and we are incredibly proud of their achievement.

Callisto finished 2nd in the AC2 division with Caro in 8th overall in the AC1 division. There were 15 boats in each division making it fiercely competitive.
RNZYS was also well represented across the fleet, with current members and Mastercard Youth Training Programme graduates on international teams.

Oakley Marsh who was on board Jolt 3 was part of the winning team representing the Yacht Club de Monaco. A massive achievement for this young sailor who is ready to take on events like the Double Handed World Championship and with his goals set on taking on the French single-handed sailing scene.
