DEADLINE FOR ORDERING PLAQUES:
Close of business, Thursday, 5th June

This order form is for each boat that competed and won a place prize.

• Only one (1) plaque per series, per boat. 
• RNZYS will place the plaque order on Friday, 6th June
• Please allow at least 15 days for your plaques to be available for collection.
