North Sails Winter Series Entry 2026

In entering Winter Series.... I agree that The Racing will be governed by the Rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) Yachting New Zealand Prescriptions and the Safety Regulations and Rules and Regulations as outlined in the NOR and also by the Sailing Instructions . All those taking part in RNZYS races or any other sailing events controlled by the RNZYS, as between the RNZYS and each of those so taking part, do so at their own risk and responsibility and the RNZYS and any sponsor associated with this event has no liability for any damage, loss or any penalty suffered by any boat crew or any other person taking part in such events. The RNZYS and any sponsor associated with this event shall not be responsible for the seaworthiness of a boat whose entry is accepted and/or the sufficiency and/or adequacy of its equipment or the competence of its skipper or crew. The RNZYS reserves the right in its sole and uncontrolled discretion to refuse entry. I agree to the use of my photograph(s) and other relevant information in any event publicity and in the on-going promotion of New Zealand yachting. I agree to the Organising Authorities and Yachting New Zealand holding the above information for the general administration and well-being of the sport, and for them to retain, use and disclose the information to affiliated organisations and any other persons or organisations that Yachting New Zealand believes will further the interests and objectives of Yachting New Zealand. I acknowledge my right to access to and correction of this information. The consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. By entering this event I declare that my yacht complies with the Yachting New Zealand Stability Regulations. I acknowledge that Rule 3 - Decision to Race, states: The responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone. Each participating boat shall be insured with valid marine third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover to $5,000,000 per incident or the equivalent. I agree to allow the listing of my boat and her details, along with skipper name and where appropriate, crew name on the official site for this event. I agree that the data on this screen may be stored, to assist the running of this event/series and for my access to simplfy entering future events/series. I have read and accept the privacy statement.
