I understand that images may be taken during the event and used by the RNZYS for marketing and sharing via online channels, including social media, and print media.

Sailing is an adventure activity

Sailing is an adventure activity. It is not recommended for pregnant women or people with medical conditions. If in doubt, please consult your doctor and the sailing director. RNZYS is not responsible for any injury or damage to property. All races are subject to demand, wind and weather conditions.

By signing this form, you acknowledge that you are participating in this sailing activity at your own risk. You also agree to release and hold harmless the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS), along with its officers, members, and employees, from any liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may result from your participation in RNZYS sailing activities.
